Rotana Hotel & Commercial Center Project in Mashhad
- This project is situated on a land area of approximately 5,500 square meters with a total built-up area of around 78,000 square meters on Imam Reza Street (formerly Tehran Street) in Mashhad
- The project has been developed under a contract with Rotana Hotels & Resorts, a UAE-based international hotel group, and is built according to the brand’s standards and under its supervision
- The built-up area includes parking floors covering 8,133 square meters, commercial floors spanning 18,966 square meters, and accommodation floors covering 50,268 square meters.
- The project has 230 parking spaces, 70 commercial units, and 253 accommodation units.
- The commercial units range in size from 25 to 1,200 square meters.
- The complex features two independently accessible halls with a minimum capacity of 150 people each, two restaurants with a combined capacity of 560 people, a restaurant complex on the 22nd floor, and two separate aquatic facilities for men and women located on the 10th floor.
- Key features of the project include 22 KONE elevators, 14 Kliman escalators, and 3 diesel generators with a total capacity of 4 megawatts (full emergency).
- The project is currently 97% complete, and some of the operational equipment, including all laundry equipment from Electrolux, has been purchased and is available on-site.
- All project connections, including electricity, water, and gas, have been acquired and are in operation.
